Smoke Online currently ships within Australia only.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day after payment has been received.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped using Australia Post.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat shipping fee of $10 AUD or a flat shipping fee of $14 AUD will be charged for Express Shipping. We ship via the Australia Post network. 

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location and Australia Post service conditions.

Smoke Online is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, incorrect delivery details provided by the customer, or events outside our control.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at smokeonlineau@gmail.com and we will assist with an enquiry where appropriate.
